Highlight their qualities instead. ||A great deal of body heat is lost through a bare head, so make sure your baby wears a hat if she will be in a cold environment ||If you have trouble emptying your breast, apply warm compresses to the breast or take a warm shower before breast-feeding ||

If the child is having a balanced diet, healthy water to drink as described under the same section, he should not be in need of extra vitamins or minerals. One important exception is vitamin D. Our bodies naturally acquire vitamin D from exposure to the direct sun light. If your child is not adequately exposed to the sunlight than he/she will need vitamin D supplementation of at least 200 Units/day.
